How Does the Program Work?
The Classroom Connections Platform makes it easy for business volunteers to get involved with schools. Businesses don’t have to spend hours figuring out who to contact or which programs could use their expertise. Schools don’t have to cold call businesses to find volunteers. We facilitate matches between businesses and schools or non-profits with proven education programs.
How Can You Get Involved?
Members of the Classroom Connections Platform are individuals, businesses and industry organizations that work with teachers, schools and districts to advance real-world learning opportunities and career exploration for students, while educators collaborate between businesses and educators, with a common agenda to prepare students through STEM education. Advocates in both roles are necessary for a successful endeavor in our community. These STEM Ambassadors help bring a new and inspiring perspective to STEM lessons and career opportunities.
Members from all sectors are invited to join.
